IHC IQIP is a leading global supplier of intelligent equipment for foundation, installation and decommissioning in the offshore Wind & Renewables, offshore Oil & Gas and Coastal & Civil market that provides each customer an effective solution for their projects. As Tender Manager, you will play a crucial part in our non-standard product markets, right from the beginning: you will assist our global sales organization and be engaged right up till delivery. This means you develop technical/commercial bids, with support of the line departments. You will:

  • Project manage the sales proposition, defining it in accordance with the customer's request
  • Align the internal organization in bid preparation and to be able to deliver effectively upon order
  • Keep communication timely and efficient with multiple departments to come to the best proposition
  • Prepare cost calculations, availability and delivery times for quotations

You have:

  • A completed degree from a higher educational institution, preferably either in mechanical engineering or economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function. You consider this opportunity as your next step in tender management
  • Intimate knowledge of heavy, hydraulic machinery
  • Detailed understanding of IHC IQIP's target markets
  • Familiarity with large scale manufacturing, preferably within mechanical offshore or maritime sectors
  • Outstanding oversight, a keen eye for detail and know how to motivate people
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch
