Taiwan: POSH, Kerry TJ Team Up for Offshore Wind

Singapore-headquartered offshore marine services provider, PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd. (POSH), and Taiwan-based logistics firm Kerry TJ Logistics have established a joint venture (JV) company POSH Kerry Renewables to provide integrated supply chain and marine solutions to the offshore wind sector in Taiwan. 

The joint venture company has already signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rolls-Royce to explore suitable designs for walk-to-work (W2W) and service operations vessels (SOVs).

Within the new partnership, POSH Kerry will provide a comprehensive portfolio including the end-to-end transportation of wind turbines and components as well as diversified marine solutions during the installation, operations and maintenance of offshore wind farms in Taiwan, while Kerry TJ will support POSH Kerry’s clients in navigating the evolving local operating landscape, according to the two partners.

POSH Kerry has also signed an MoU with Macquarie Capital and Swancor to jointly explore collaboration opportunities in the Taiwan offshore wind market.
