In April, Atlas hosted an offshore wind recruitment day on behalf of DONG Energy at the Grimsby Institute in the UK, where more than 200 people showed up to hear about the latest projects with Atlas Professionals in the renewable energy market.

“This is a fantastic achievement for the both of them,” said Atlas’ Account Manager for DONG Energy, Ruth Coiley, “and we want to wish them all the best on this project and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them in the offshore wind industry.”

“This achievement highlights the importance of regularly running these recruitment events in key regional areas of the UK, in order to meet the local people that will be instrumental to the success of these offshore wind farms,” said Laura Smith, Business Manager for Atlas Professionals.

The Race Bank offshore wind farm, which will consist of up to 91 wind turbines, is located almost 17 miles off Blakeney Point on the North Norfolk Coast.

The project is expected to become operational in 2018.
