DGI Doedijns supplied the complete Hydraulic System for the Pile Gripper Frame to Bilfinger Marine & Offshore Systems in 2015.

After the installation and commissioning, the system has been used to install a total of 72 wind turbine foundations for the Sandbank offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.

Oscar Bik, Manager Offshore Hydraulics of DGI Doedijns, said: “The offshore wind industry is a demanding industry and often requires short delivery times. This project was no exception and we were glad to deliver the system within the short delivery time.”
