VIDEO: NWBLT Present Tidal Power Model

Bethan Martin, Project Manager at North West Energy Squared – supported by the North West Business Leadership Team (NWBLT) – presents the NWBLT tidal power model showcase on the IFB Hub Trading Floor. 

The model shows plans for a series of tidal gateways across the estuaries on the North West coast with the potential to generate 20 terawatts of energy.

The North West Business Leadership Team (NWBLT) is an independent group of influential business leaders, who work together to promote the sustainable economic development and long-term well-being of North West England. It was launched by HRH The Prince of Wales at Blackburn in July 1989.
