NSB, OFFCON Introduce New Design for MPOV-Wind Family

Reederei-NSB (NSB) and the offshore consultancy OFFCON GmbH (OFFCON) introduced a new design for the MPOV-wind family.

It is a tailor made, extremely flexible and cost efficient, modular vessel family designed for the special requirements of the offshore wind industry.

The MPOV-Wind family is the product of a joint-venture (JV) of the shipping company Reederei-NSB (NSB) and the offshore consultancy OFFCON GmbH (OFFCON). Both JV-partners are experts in their core business and join to provide their expertise to the rather immature offshore-wind market.

This combination warrants for the high offshore competence keeping costs under control, leading to performance at competitive day rates.

OFFCON  will be exhibiting at the WINDFORCE 2014 together with Fassmer at booth B-23.
