Blue Water’s global sales team for the wind industry gathered in Esbjerg for a two-day seminar. Here, the team exchanged their views on innovation and creativity on the wind market.

In addition, the seminar included an interesting presentation from the consultant company Make Consulting which focus specifically on the market for wind turbines.

“It was two great days, which underlines how important it is that we share our knowledge and competences in the right way to develop in the direction we want. When we work strategically with creativity and innovation like this, we lift ourselves into the wind turbine market of the future. Together we create the solutions needed, and it is important, that the synergies from one region are fully exploited in the others”, says Jacob Kjærgaard, Head of Sales and Development in Blue Water’s wind department.

The wind energy industry is affected by many tendencies both politically and economically but overall it is a market in growth. Outside Europe, there is large demand especially in the Far East and South America.

“The market in Europe is certainly also in motion especially within offshore wind projects, which we expect a lot from. Our challenge right now, is to ensure that our competences become global to the letter”, says Jacob Kjærgaard.
