Up to GBP 3 Mln to Become Available for UK Offshore Wind O&M Innovation

Later this month GROW:OffshoreWind and the Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) will launch a new funding call, which will work to support English companies focussed on accelerating innovation in Offshore Wind Operations and Maintenance (O&M) technologies.

Up to GBP 3 Mln to Become Available for Offshore Wind O&M Innovation

Up to £3m grant funding will be made available with any English company able to apply for up to £0.5m of support for projects to be delivered between between 1 August 2014 and 31 May 2015. Collaborative applications are welcomed.

Grant funding may be utilised to cover a wide variety of personnel, asset and overhead costs. The call is particularly keen to support projects where funding will be used to meet eligible costs of external Technology Partners.

Representatives of both GROW:Offshore Wind and the KTN will be at All Energy on 22 May at  Stands H90 and M21 to provide further information.
