EWEA Presents Health and Safety Video

EWEA has produced an industry-leading health and safety video, which was premièred at the EWEA Annual Event in Barcelona.

“This video is intended to complement national health and safety guidelines and act as an induction for wind energy workers,” said Angeliki Koulouri, environment and planning analyst at EWEA. “We hope it will be used alongside other training materials for those joining the industry.”

From how to turn off a turbine and correctly attaching harnesses at heights to the safest way to transfer between vessels at sea, the freshly launched EWEA health and safety video contains essential guidelines for training new wind energy technicians.
