Dogger Bank Creyke Beck Preliminary Meeting to Be Held in Hull

A six-month examination phase for Dogger Bank Creyke Beck starts next week with Planning Inspectorate’s preliminary meeting.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 18, in Hull City Hall, and will be focused on the procedures that will be involved in the examination of the application for the project. The outcomes from that meeting will be published on the National Infrastructure Planning Portal along with the timetable for the examination.

The timetable will include deadlines for when detailed written representations are due and deadlines for comments on others’ relevant representations. It will also set out the dates for hearings to look at specific technical issues and details of an open floor hearing for members of the public.

Consent manager Melissa Read said: “I would encourage anyone with an interest in the development to regularly check the National Infrastructure Planning Portal as well as the Forewind website to ensure they are up to date with the progress of the examination phase.”

Planning Inspectorate has set March 4 as a proposed deadline for the receipt of Local Impact Reports and the first versions of Statements of Common Ground.
